Hi I have a training question for you. My problem right now is that I work four 10 hr days. I leave the house 6:30am and do not get back home until 6:00 pm. This leaves very little time for family and the gym. I want your opinion on this, workout Thurs,Fri,Sat, and Sun. Taking Mon,Tues,and Wed off. Would this type of split work? This way I can put more Time into the family and working out. Just will this type of split work? Will 3 days in a row be to much time off? This is what I am thinking about:
Thur: Chest, Tri's
Fri: Back, Bi's
Sat: Shoulders, Traps
Sun: Legs
