So for those out there that like skulls do you perfer using ez curl bar to perform them or dumbbells? also is there any diff between using the two?

ez bar all the way. easier on the wrists.
I use a bench press bar...
but I just found out I have tendonitis in my elbows so it might not be a good idea!
i like the ez curl bar on a incline pushing outwards instead of the flat bench the regular way. can feel it alot better.
EZ Curls are definitely better on the wrist, but I sometimes switch up and use dumbbells cuz' my left tri's are weaker and I want them to catch up to my right.
