Help with a good routine..........
Here are some pictures of the equipment that I'm working with.
What I'm looking for is a good set routine for my chest, triceps, biceps, back, shoulders and abs. Can anyone recommend a good routine? Pictures of proper techniques or demonstration links would be great as well.

I suggest you purchase a Flex magazine.

Go to www.bodybuilding.com
they have some great videos of a bunch of different exercises for every body part. good luck man.

Not sure I am following you. Are you wanting us to piece together your training regimen? Such as reps, sets, etc?
Really depends on what your goals are...
