tricep development
Hey guys...i've been noticing pretty good gains in my tri's lately but one part is lacking. The head of the tricept that comes down the side of your arm and connects at your elbow, it kinda looks like a little tapered finger. you know which one i'm talking about? well the rest of my tri is pretty defined but i don't seem to have much on that head, any good exercises to bring it out?
thanks

Are you talking about the side that touches your body when you let your arms hang loose? I believe that is the medial head (just guessing), and french curls (ez-bar triceps extension) will stress it a lot.

no, i'm talking about the side that's on the outside, i think it might be the long head?

what tricep exercises do you do? Dips work pretty good in that area..and bench dips..tricep kickbacks too..

for tris i do:
dips, close grip bench, skullcrushers, and to finish it off 2 sets of pyramiding down tricep push downs with the rope thing til complete failure at lowest weight setting

Kickbacks will target the lateral head, that I am sure of! That is all you need for that part of the tri.
