Hi guys..This is my current routine:
Mon - Chest/Bic
Tue - Legs
Wed - Off
Thu - Shoulders
Fri - Back/Tri
Sat/Sun - Off
When i used to train Triceps with chest i have noticed that i used to lift more on bench press..i think coz my triceps would be still very strong...since i have been training them on Friday with Back my bench press on A Monday is lower and my triceps fail more quickly....
Should i change the routine?
