    Training DAILY!

Is it ok, or does anyone get decent results training everyday while on a light cycle (i.e. 250mg test/week)?

My workouts dont last more than 45 minutes and I have a full day for quads, a full day for just hammstrings and a full day for just arms.....would it be ok to run it daily?

    CHEST/BIS
    HAMMSTRINGS/CALVES/ABS
    DELTS/TRIS
    QUADS/CALVES
    BACK/TRAPS
    ARMS
START AGAIN FROM DAY 1 CHEST/BIS

Most will recomend at least 2 days off and at the least one day. You dont grow in the gym. Rest is key for development and full recovery no matter what gear you use.

    You need rest.

The way your routine is laid out, you end the week on arms. then start at chest and bi...

Just relax 1-2 days in a week. I would do 2 imo.

I would do a lower body inbetween arms and chest and bis....maybe like this:

    CHEST/BIS
    HAMMYS, CALVES.ABS
    DELTS/TRIS
    QADS, CALVES
    BACK TRAPS
    ARMS
    QUADS/HAMMYS
    START AGAIN WITH DAY 1

Honestly.. I think its over training. I'm sue you know the old saying " You dont grow in the gym" just relax. if your worried about not burnin cals or what not do cardio/ manipulate your diet as you have done.

Even if it's one bodypart a day and my mind and body say go? I have a problem eating enough cals when I dont train....I simply go all pro fats and fiberous veggies the whole afternoon and evening when I dont....so I am afraid I'll be even weaker tomorrow.......
