What body part does this exercise mostly target?

Does anyone know what body part this exercise mostly targets? It says on the website the lats but I remember my old boxing coach use to have us do these to build up the serratus. It says nowhere on the website that this exercise works the serratus. Was my boxing coach wrong? What do you guys think this exercise mostly hits?

I would agree with the site and say lats would be the primary muscle.

I used to do it on a bench with a db and it works chest and serratus.

LATS and stretching of the ribcage as well. But mostly Lats
