    am i overtraining chest and bis?

    i am 19 years old and weigh 200lbs. i just quit football and want be bigger than ever. i am trying new things and looking to get huge. if anyone can help, it'd be great....

    incline bench press 3x8
    flat dbell bench 3x8
    incline flyes 3x10
    decline smith machine bench 3x10


    barbell curls 4x8
    dbell curl 4x8
    zottman curl 4x12
    one arm preacher 3x10

    just looking for some new ideas on chest and arms....

    thats a good bread and butter chest routine.
    you can always switch it up by going
    barbell flat
    DB Incline
    DB Flat flyes
    DB Decline press

    i'd cut it down to 3 exercises max for bicps also, maybe replace the zottman curl with hammer
