    too much cardio?

    hey guys, i was just wondering how much cardio is too much like i'm bulking up, i'm on sust250 and winstrol and i was just wondering if i do 3-4 runs a weeks say 40mins each is that too much cardio that i won't grow? or will i still grow and just get lean?

    it would depend on how fast your metabolism is but i would say keep running 3-4 time a week. i dont think that would be a problem at all.

    but if you do have a superfast metabolism the running could be a problem. you will just have to see what works the best for you. good luck

    If you are an endomorph, then yes you want to do that much cardio. I do 5 days a week at 45min just to keep my bodyfat in check. When bulking though, I cut it down to 3 days a week at 30 minutes.
    If your trying to get big and have a lower bodyfat already, drop the cardio a bit.
    If your trying to get big and have a higher bodyfat already, stick with it.

    I would definitely NOT do any running for cardio. Stepper or an incline treadmill at low intensity for 40 min 3x/wk. No high intensity stuff for me during bulk up.

    yah i shoulda mentioned that too, screw running. eliptical is where its at

    haha thanks guys. yeah i run with a few mates. so it's fun. oerve on all the hot girls down the beach haha
