    form?

What do people think about form? Is it effective to attempt perfect form even thouh it limits the amount of weight you can lift. Is it better to put more of an emphesis on the weight and just keep a reasonable form? I have recently viewed of articles that suggests the later.

in myopinion it depends on what you want. if you are more concerned about the amount of weight you can lift then go for the later of the two. I've read that the better form you have the better overall stimulation of the muscle you get and the better it looks.
