Ab Exercises
Im trying to hit the 4 parts, upper, lower, left, and right.
weightted decline situps are good for lower correct?
What about the other 3? What is the top exercise for each of those?

i like leg raises ( weighted if possible) for lower, rope crunches for the upper abs, and decline side crunches for the sides
