todays my normal monday chest and triceps,
i benched 3 sets of 100kg failed last set as usual ( i know its not antything to boast about ) but im getting there,i dont lower till the bar touches chest tho i keep it about an inch away, is this ok ??
the was a guy in tonight benching 140kgs did 6 reps but his whole body was off the bench apart from shoulders ? , surely thats just a waste of time , i mentioned it too him and he his reply was, you do it then ? surely im right ?
