Thread: Atrophy, getting it back?

    Atrophy, getting it back?

    So i havent seriously worked out in about a year and a half....about 21...i'm about the same weight size.... muscle gone down a bit.... about 185-190... Use to dumbell press about 100's on incline now having trouble with 60's. Is it easier to get back my old prime if i acheived it once before? Or is it gonna be just as hard as progressing as if it were my first time?

    Depends on many things.. motivation/diet/training. Why don't you get in there and find out

    it will come back a little faster, like said above just make sure your motivation/diet/training are in order and everything else will take care of itself.

    o ya........it might look somthing like this

    workout 1- 60's for 4

    workout 2- 75's for 8

    workout 3- 90's for 7

    workout 4- 100's for 8

    might look somthing like that. likely to be even faster than that
