so ive always worked out 4-5 times a week and always saw good results..but with the incorporation on jiu jitsu and kicking boxing my time and energy is limited..the max i can workout in a week with weights is 3 days now..but not sure how to mix everything into those 3 days..if anyone could give me a good 3 day workout schedule i would appreciate it...i workout friday,sat and sunday..i do bjj and kickboxin mon-thurs....im actually trying to cut down to 185 from 215 and just increase my overall strength...thanks in advance
