Does Anyone Else Have Problems With Squats?
I have recently started squatting and love it! I just have one problem. When I squat down so that I'm parallel to the ground with my knees, it seems as if my a**omen has rotated slightly giving the illusion that I would say, one leg is bigger then the other, not by much, but just a tiny bit. Maybe one is bigger, I don't know. And after I'm done with squats I feel it more in 1 leg then the other... Does anyone else experience this? I mean, it's not much, and it doesn't hinder my ability to squat, I just don't want to have 1 giant leg and 1 tiny one...
**Edit** Why did they sensor a-b-d-o-m-e-n???

b d is an abbreviation for a UGL. Maybe one leg is a lot more dominant than the other. I try and do bilateral movements at least every other workout or excercise. Also, one leg may be longer than the other. I'd say stick with bilateral excercises and see if you can correct it.
