Ive only been training legs hard for about a year and have made great gains all around with heavy squats and so on. Now that im getting back into Cardio about 3 days a week I cant seem to train legs hard and heavy while doing cardio. It takes me a good 5 days or so to use my legs after a heavy workout without cramping/soreness.
I cant figure out how people are doing cardio during the week while training legs? What am I missing?? Can someone please explain this to me
