    Cardio and Leg training?

    Ive only been training legs hard for about a year and have made great gains all around with heavy squats and so on. Now that im getting back into Cardio about 3 days a week I cant seem to train legs hard and heavy while doing cardio. It takes me a good 5 days or so to use my legs after a heavy workout without cramping/soreness.

    I cant figure out how people are doing cardio during the week while training legs? What am I missing?? Can someone please explain this to me

    while training legs yes you will be sore, but that doesnt mean u cant do cardio....so what if my legs are sore thursday morning from doing legs wed, i am still going to do cardio...you should be doing lightly paced cardio anyways meaning its not to much on the legs anyway, just fight threw the sorness and get it done my man
