So i think its time for a new split my current one is:
day 1 - chest tris
day 2 - legs
day 3 - off
day 4 - shoulder trap
day 5 - back bis
day 6 - off
day 7 - repeat day 1
my strong points are legs/back while i think my weak points are def my bis/tris
what would be a good new split?
