ok well for the past 2 weeks iv been having to work out with light weights then what i normally work out with 140 on bench 95 pounds on barbell curls , my max bench is 235 prolly more if i had a spotter but owell, if i add more weight on my bench my left hand right below the joint in my thumb where it connects to the wrist get searing pain and on my barbell curls my right wrist get the same pain if i go above 95 pounds, but when it comes to dumbell curls, and dumbell bench i can do my reg workouts and my max dumbells with out anypain.. has anyone exp this befor , should i stop lifting for a week or 2 to fully heal or something cause i have no clue what is wrong and i sure the hell know its not carpul tunnel
