Best Kind of Music To Work Out To Poll
Personally the music that gets me the most pumped is some heavy metal and some of the heavier rap like DMX, Mobb Depp and NWA

definitely heavy metal gets me right pumped .I dont like the trashy shit though. l still like the heavy beats but want to also hear the words a bit.I also like sort of the half rap/heavy mix like lincolnpark and p.o.d.
how the fuck does the kids keep track of whats whats lol.
When i was young it was heavy and pop, then latter came the rap.
Shit that means i must be getting old lol

Metal baby. Rap tempos are usually to fast for pace in the gym.

Rap is too fast!?
Try this for fast:
Nile
Morbid Angel
Krisiun
Dark Funeral
Deicide
Dimmu Borgir
Cryptopsy
Nothing touches metal for workout music.

We always crank up Metallica, Rammstein or Iron Maiden when we are at the gym.
You can listen to techno in the car or in the dance club.

I like techno/trace/trip hop because it gives a good constant loop of rhythm that I can pace myself with at the gym. It also reminds me of the clubs....which is great motivation because you HAVE to look your best there. Metal is also good because it gives me that extra adrenaline!
"The gym is already closing?! Awe, man! I've only been here for 5 hours! Damn!"

Anything that pumps you up, and sends adrenaline coursing throughout your body. Personally, I like metalica.

For me, working out is a lot like meditation . . . it's a mental thing where the mind takes control over the body. The intricate polyphony of Bach, Telemann, Handal, and Vivaldi help focus my mind, especially stuff like the Brandenburg Concerto, Vivaldi's Lute music . . . Good stuff . . .

deicide is just about the best band in the land, but i refuse to listen to such ignorant satanloving fagets. didnt anyone know the devil is a homo(to disobey God)? what does that make people who worship him? homos. i like your choices HARDCORE, did you ever see krisiun live? their guitarist is amazing. sepultura is another band that used to be good.
