help me with cardio
I will be doing 20 minutes of light cardio in the morning before I eat, when I finish how long should I wait till I eat, and also is a bowl of plain oat meal with a little milk, and eggs with peppers, tomates, and ham okay for my after meal?

IMO
for fat loss a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio in the morning.
and i eat about 10 minutes later, but i only 'eat' a protein shake.

i do 25min of interval training before i eat ,wait one hour to burn the most calories then eat hi carb hi pro meal. 3-4 times /wk good luck
