    How often do you train arms and shoulders?

    Each muscle once a week only.

    I hit arms twice a week, dont do much for shoulds chest and bac day hits em enough.

    If you are doing heavy compounds and rows there is no need to work arms twice a week. Think about it, you use you arms which are small muscles just about everyday working out so targeting them once a week should be more then enough. Just my option.

    only do them on one specific day recovery is very important

    If you are seriously bb your arms and you don’t work out on your shoulders as a primary you are going to look funny. IMO.
