i started this routine about 3 weeks ago, havent noticed anything special yet curious if i should stick with it or change it up?
day
1 chest/abs
2 quads
3 back/abs
4 off
5 shoulders/abs
6 hams
7 arms/abs
8 off
9 repeat
so every muscle group is hit every 8th day..is this too much time inbetween?
