Is it possible to build my calves with no weight? i have no genetics so i have to do calves. But i do like 10 sets of 100 reps every other night now..will this do anything orjust cut them?

It will make you tired. Probably give you schin splints on top of that. You need that extra resistance in order to build any type of respectable muscle on your calves. Even if it means holding a couple of dumbells in each hand, or a pack sack full of bricks, you aren't gonna do a lot with just your own body weight. Think of it this way, how many steps are you taking in a day? Too many to count right. Have your calves gotten any bigger from just walking? No, then what's another 100 reps with that same weight gonna give you? Not trying to come off as a smart ass jemrick, just trying to get my point across as effectily as possible.
