    need help with split

    im triyng to bulk up now and cut it up for the summer later. i was wondering whats a good split for bulking up?

    One that worked for me before was
    Monday - Legs/Shoulders
    Wednesday - Chest/Tri
    Friday - Back/Biceps

    Base everything around compound lifts
