    Leg day/hammy question

    hey, please tell me if I am doing something wrong here....I work my back on Tuesdays, and Weds I do legs..so far so good...For hams, I like to do stiff dead lifts, I feel it alot in my lower back, so is this really bad to do the day after I work back? A little help please..

    Before I found myself in a wheelchair (not lifting related) then here is what I used to do to solve that problem:

    I would split out my legs into two different days:
    MON: Chest / Tris
    TUE: Quads / Abs
    THU: Back (uppers) / Biceps
    FRI: Shoulders / Lower Back / Hamstrings

    You may not want to completely take on that routine but I found that on back day if I just worked my upper back then on leg day I would target my lower back then I wasnt overworking certain muscles.
