Weight Training at Varying Velocities!!
I am currently conducting research and recieved a 5,000 grant from my graduate school to conduct a study on the effects of weight training at varying velocities. The study will consist of a control, low, and high velocity group w/ TUT standardized at 120s. If anyone has any information or knows of any similar studies please PM me.
