    Delt width Training?

I sort of messed my routine up for this week so I need some assistance. I trained chest yesterday with bis and legs on Monday.....I need to train today because I can't get in tomorrow....My heavy back day is Friday and I can't change that either. So here's my ?....does anyone train delts the day after chest? My delts are a little sore, so I was thinking of maybe doing a pressing movement LAST in my aresenal and focus mostly on width. Will this work?

explain to me how you focus on width? also what kind of press movment?if you are trying to isolate a specific delt region, a press is not the way to go, also i would recomend against any press movement since you are sore from chest which i am sure you did alot of press movements.

thinking of standing oh press 5 x 5
    side lats x 3
    front lat x 2
    upright rows x 3
    leaning side lats x 2?
    lat pulls wide?
    rear delts?

way way WAY to much volume for a minor muscle group and one day of work. pick to up to 3 movements and rotate them or split them into different days. you cant do this all on one day.

what did your chest day look like?
