    Your OFF Day(s)

    What do you guys typically do on your off days? Is it complete laziness? Office work?

    Do you eat the same macros?

    Do you feel antsy/anxiety throne/fat/lazy........

    Cut back the carbs. 45 min of AM carido, then another 30-45 with abs later on in the day

    my off day... is an off day period.. carbs do alter but other than that kick back SLEEP... watch tv and cook for the next week...

    always do cardio on off days........i couldn't take a total off day.....gay IMO.....and it would make me go crazy

    i jus chillax. off day=off day no training regardless of cardio :P in my book. ur cns still works if ur doing anything physical. so i might do some crap around the house or waste the entire day on this website while looking at a stack of books that i should be studying. speaking of which i have two tests tomorrow and havent even started studying yet THANK YOU AR! lol

    nah i just have the worse genetics and metabolism so if i dont do that much cardo i'll be rocking 20%(+) bodyfat probaly

    On my off day i do nothing exercise-related

    I eat.. go to work/school as usual.. No macro changes (though i may start to experiment with that for fun at some point)
