Okay, so after starting up working out again, after 3 week I have some incredible vascularity. But I'm kind of worried. When I'm all pumped up in the gym on some exercises my neck veins bulge out... a lot! And I feel a lot of pressure in them. I do breathe properly, maybe not "always" but about 95% of the time. Now I know this may sound stupid, but I have never had this happen before. I'm just worried they might... pop... lol. Can anyone reassure me they won't?
