    measurements???

OK, i am not sure where to ask this, and since i like this room the bgest i'll ask here.
Measrement wise, what is a good portion? i mean, i have 17 in bias, but my legs are 24 and calves 15. I know i need to get my calves bigger but my legs I always thought were kind of small. What do you tink a good portion should be?
My squats have always been bad and i have really been focusing on gettign them stronger. i weight 200 and ca only squat aqround 280. I always hear of people squating 415 and inance numbers like that, so i figure i have a long way to go still.
Just wondering what some of you gusy are at, and if you have any tips on what to focus on. I don't want to be that guy at the beach with a bad ass upper body and chicken legs to match.
    thanks

Not sure what a good size is. I have a long lanky build and mine are Biceps 15.5, Legs 25.5, and Calfs 16.5

I cant comment on proportions for guys but I can say that if you think your legs are lagging they very likely are. Unfortunatly there are many guys who focus no upper body and dont work the lower body. Squats should be an integral part of your workout if you are able to do them. I was squatting at 205 lbs before the disease that has put me in a wheelchair so from what you post based on numbers (and without seeing pics) then I would say you definatly should be incorporating squats. Are you working the legs at all or are you lagging in that area all around? You should be working hamstrings, quads, glutes, calves every week. These are no less important muscles than bis, tris, delts, pecs, etc.
