    workout time

I work night shift. I leave for work at 3:00pm and get home at 5:00am. Would it be better to eat all night then work out in the morning. or get up in the morning try to get 2 meals in then workout. I have been doing the later but I dont feel I get enough nutrition before working out.

Im just not for sure about eating all night. I am afraid of becoming a lardazz. But with working out in the morning i wont be able to get but one meal before bed

Eat all the time..Just have a diet laid out so you don't get fat..I would workout before work and then eat all night..As long as your work isnt some hard ass manual labor..

you should work out whenever you feel the best. if you get a more intense work out after staying up all night definitely work out then, and vice versa.

not sure how fast your metabolism is so i dont know how strict you would have to be but the basic things you need to do are

    no sugar except PWO
dont go more than 3-4 hours without a small meal
make sure each meal has plenty of protein along with some good complex carbs or healthy fats

usually when you bulk up you will gain a little bit of fat, just be sure to monitor your progress closely because you dont want it to get out of control.

again without seeing your body its hard to say how much you should be eating. if you are 260lbs with fairly low bodyfat you will have to eat a lot more to prevent muscle loss then you would if your body fat was high.
