Workout guide
I'm looking for a workout guide or plan that I can follow week by week. I'm looking to obtain more strenght and size.. not soo worried about getting cut YET.

Do some research first, find out about differnet types of exercises their effects and muscles worked. Then find the type of workout to suit your needs, training schedule and available equipment. You will also need to have a good diet in check when starting a new workout routine as well so make sure you have done your research there also. You can find lots of routines posted on these forums along with critique by others and you can adapt accordingly.

I**'s HIT training routine is tearing me up like a motherfvcker. I am getting very noticeable size and strength gains already and I'm only on my second week. Give it a shot.
