    Most Efficient Tricep Exercises?

My Biceps seem to be responding well to my training, but my Triceps seem to be falling behind. What are the two most efficent exercises (if any) to gain mass?

skull crushers good for the medial tricep, pulldowns good for lateral

and dips are GREAT for the tendon that runs in the middle while building both sides

try a combination of these 3, if worked on a chest day as ur primary before a triceps, ur tris will be worked secondary as ur do ur chest.

dips are really really good. it gets the bottom part of your chest too. dont go to far down, when you do them just go parallel or else you will put a lot of stress on your shoulders

Weighted Dips & Close Grip Bench. I also like the single arm pulldowns

close-grip bench, skullcrushers - when your muscles die do a few negatives, then drop weight and repeat

i also like to work arms on the same day, since tri's are much bigger than bi's i usually do tri's first. when i'm done with tri's my arms already have plenty of blood pumping through them, but my biceps are not fatigued at all so i usually get a great bi workout.
