    my routine pls critize it

    hallo ppl, im 22 years old, 154 pounds and 5.9 tall, and this is my routine:

    m: (shoulder, biceps, triceps) 4x10, (abs, lats) 5x20
    t: (chest, back) 4x10, (abs, lats) 5x20
    w: (legs) 4x10, (abs, lats) 5x20
    t: same as monday
    d: same as tuesday
    s: rest
    s: rest

    before each workout routine i always play basketball for like 1 hour or so,
    i also have to say that ive been taking 1 pill of Xenadrine EFX for one week, and before each meal i take 2 pills of soy lecithin, am i going somewhere whit this routine? what do you think?

    Doesnt seem like you give your muscles much rst between the days that you work them.

    instead why dont you do a 4 day split
    chest/ tris
    legs
    back/ bis
    shoulders/trap

    what are your goals

    i'll try the 4 day split, about my goals... i want to get rid of the fat in my belly and lats, as u can see in my pics, also gain some muscle, not for competition but for vanity hehe :-)

    do the weight training before you play basketball..

    if you want to drop the extra fat, let see you diet.. remember the more muscle you have the faster you will burn the fat..

    Some questions to consider: what is your daily schedule like? how much time do you have to train? A lot of evidence supports that muscles, on average, can completely recover in 48 hours...I don't know. I don't think these doctor types tried to squat 400 pounds for 5 sets of 8 on Monday and then try again on Wednesday. I will tell you now...you can't, not efficiently at least. A general convention is: large muscle groups take longer to recover (ie: Quads, Back) while smaller muscle groups recover rather quickly (ie: Calves, Forearms, Abs). Keep seeking advice and experimenting until you find what works best for you. It took me five years to discover training that works great for me.

    thanks, well my daily schedule is... wake up at 6am, take breakfast, then i have curses from 7am until 1pm, then i play basketball, i workout from 2pm-4pm, then eat, then some work, and i get to sleep at 10 or 11pm, and my saturdays and sundays are free...
    i dont take any supps besides xenadrine and soy lecithin, should i take some extra?? like what?? thanks
