Getting back into it need help

I have not been to the gym or worked out in 3 YEARS!!! (yikes)

    yeah i know i suck....

I really want to lose weight and get some tone and muscle but losing weight is number one priority...

I will be taking creatine(how much a day is good)
I will be taking a eca stack(what are good amounts)
AMP(how much and can it be taken with eca stack)
    and multivitamin(how much also)

The reason i stopped in the first place is because i dislocated my left shoulder and started a new job so between getting my shoulder better with very little rehab and training for a new job... I have gained almost 30lbs and lost all my muscles.... im a blob now!!

I am 5'9 and 200lbs right now... how much i weight doesnt really matter as how i look is more important... I am now a 36 waist when i was a 31-32 before....

I need help with exercised because i dislocated my should (left) and by the way dislocated both my knees....( i guess that is what soccer, hockey and football will do to you )

so anyway if you could help out with some exercise or anything would be great.... thanks alot in advance guys....

by the way i tried to go back to the gym and it feels like i am starting off weaker and worse than scratch.... i feel so weak.....

Well for a start you have made the right move in getting back to it. And of course you will feel like going back to scratch but in a month if you are consistent you will feel like a new man. Has the Dr cleared you for weight lifting ?
