    Getting more quad mass

    I wanted to know if this was a good quad workout and if I should be doing more or different stuff for more Quad mass,I do 4 sets of squats like 275 for a set of 10 and I do 4 sets of those,(my legs arnt that strong)and I do 5 sets of leg extensions,I superset each set but anyway someone respond to me back

    After squats, you could do leg press, with your feet close, to emphasize the outer sweep (or outer quads), that way ur legs are already shot after squats, so u can just push hard with leg press and not worry about stablization. THen finish off with extensions. Another one ive heard of is to do extensions of leg press b4 squats, so ur quads r burning already and then to finish off with squats.

    all you need are squats ,deep ass squats not the pussy have rep squats most people do. if you can do 275 for 10 then workout should be somthing like this.warmup 1set 135 12reps 185 12reps 225 10 reps 275 8 reps 315 6 reps 335 4 reps 355 2 reps ......somthing like this.

    For squats, good form with a full range of motion and a proper warm up is the most important part. Squats, deadlifts, heavy leg press, leg extensions/curls, step ups w/ barbell or dumbells, lunges...all good exercises. Remember, your legs are the biggest muscles in your body (and your glutes) so they can take a lot of sets.
