    How do I figure out my MHR?

    I figure out how many beats my heart beats per minute while resting and then what?

    @ 26

    MHR= 217- (26 x .85)
    217- 22.1=194.9

    how hard was that

    That 220 or 217 minus your age is all wrong man. Thats just a number that some doctors threw up once and came up with a bunch of bullshit about. Your heart rate is genetic and is does not determine your current fitness level. Your heart rate is also sport specific so if you run you need to do a runing test to determine your h.r. . A basic test is the 3 minutes step test, its pretty easy man, search it on yahoo ro google it and alot should come up on it.
