im stuck at 490 lbs., goal is 560 - 3 times my bodyweight, dont care how long it will take to get there .these are non-aas assisted numbers.
anyone have any exercises that may aide in dead progressions.

where do you get stuck at??
if you have trouble getting the weight off the ground i would do Low box squats, also some other good exercises for increasing your deadlift are good mornings, stiff legged deadlifts, pull throughs, and some shrugs on a incline bench...
if you get stuck toward the top, simple do some rack deadlifts or deadlifts with bands keep it simple and heavy
my deadlift is just going up every week....How is your diet?
