What works for you in how you train on steroids? Do you do really heavy weight, do you change up your routine from when you were training natural? Do you train body parts more?

I just add in more of other stuff during what use to be rest days.
Example sprints, and more of other specific stuff I do , when I would usually just take the day off.
I lift heavy while on , because of the strength increases, and for more size.
My workout's change to suit my goals not to suit what aas I am using....
