Too stiff to lift
Hey fellows,
whenever you lifting weights (say when u working on your biceps with dumbell 45Ibs each) do you have to stiff your body or you just relax every routine one at time? In other words What state of mind do u have to constantly maintain to exercise right to see periodic results in size and strength?

not exact sure wtf you're talking about but i'll take a stab at it. when im lifting i kind of relax and lower the weight slowly then try to fvckin explode with as much intensity as possible to move the weight up with good form.
