    HIIT Workouts

Is this with weight training as well? I do a search for it and all I get are cardio things. Help? Anyone?

Are the HIIT and DC basically the same? Or are there some key differences.

After looking at the DC, I wanna try it. Looks and sounds good. It seems like the best workout for gaining the most, the fastest.

Im looking for the top workout for putting on mass.

Me... I have a few threads around.

    Read up on High-Intensity Training.

Do a google on it and start reading. It's not for everyone as many people cannot push themselves past their mental limits to take full advantage of this type of training.

Would you say HIIT workouts are the best mass gaining workouts?

    For me, YES.

For you? I don't know, I've never seen you train nor do I know if you could handle the intensity it takes to survive a actual HIT program.

Im liking the HIT after reading through it.

    Quick question:

Should I take a couple weeks to find my max's? Then start the real thing...
Or just start and guesstimate what I can do?

Thanks, and am looking foreward to this. I gotta wait till mid december though, as Im finishing up my navy SEAL workout.
