    Please Critque my Quad routine....

    COnfused on proper rep schema and sets for mass....BODYBULDER OFFSEASON PROGRAM?

    SQUATS
    WARMUP X 12
    WORKING SETS:
    10,8,6,3-4 --< ENOUGH? OR DO I NEED MORE IN THE LOWER RANGE?

    WALKING DBELL LUNGE ACROSS GYM FLOOR X 3
    (is there a difference between barbell v. debell?

    LEG PRESS X 4
    10,10,8,8

    LEG EXT
    12,10,8,8,6

    CALVES AND THE ABS

    (is there a difference between barbell v. debell? Yes dumbell will put stress on your shoulders/arms/forearms sometimes causing fatigue if they are worked too closely together with this routine.. I prefer barbell.

    This is a leg routine focused on Quads.. you will eventually overpower your hams by continuously doing this routine. Also I think you're doing way too many sets which will affect your intensity and prolong your workout.

    looks good man im sure you already know to keep those hams in the pic, no matter whether you are trying to get bigger or lean out, stick with reps, your muscle doesnt grow from the amount of weight it grows form the amount of fatigue stick to medium wieght with high reps

    bullshit dont listen to ****ing idiots that keep saying heavy weights dont build muscle . i do warm up sets in the range of 12 to 15 then go 10,8,6,4,all the way down to what you can do for 2 reps for squats .heavy weights hit your muscle deep unlike the burn sets
