It only works if you an advanced lifter IMO. You really have to know your body and be able to push it to the max. The problem is, most people fall well short of pushing it to the max even though they think they are.
I hated it. The HIT method is much more practical.

DC is great for those that understand it.

Venemous N, HIT = high intensity training.

Its a difficult training method to really understand. The most I understand outta it is how it was given its name haha. "Doggcrapp" was the guys forum name when he initially made the training style on a forum, and it was just adopted as that name

It's involved, but if you pick your 3 favorite exercises for each body part, understand that you have to ditch an exercise you aren't improving on, and perform the extreme stretches, it will all come together.
Of course there's a lot more such as carb cutoff, rest-pauses, widowmakers, etc. and so on, but it's definitely worth investing time to learn the finer points of DC training.

I liked it. But my leg strenght increased so rapidly that I totaly ****ed up my knees. I guess that was the only "downside" with it
If I could find a dedicated training buddy I would do it again sometime. It defenetly put meat on me. But I would not be able to do it for long. Its the most taxing training method I have ever tried and the second most intense.

I'm doing it and it's great I have good training partners which lets me go all out the stretches arethe only problem they tend to hurt the joints a lot, but other than that my strenght and size have gone up very nice

How the hell are you going to notice any size gain/lack thereof in a particular bodypart in just 5 weeks?!?!

I am using it right now and am loving it...getting some good strength gains. You really have to be intense in the gym for it to do well for you though, you have to be able to push yourself mentally and physically beyond the brink of pain you start to feel during many of the sets you will perform, especially during the widow makers on legs.

yes I hear that. You try to do 1 set 50 reps yet it's brutal but it's so good after though.
