    I am thinking about doing 6 days a week of cardio. I am trying to cut all my body fat down. I am thinking about doing this for about 3 months. I have a bad left forearm and a Umbilical hernia . Which running will not hurt it at all. I need to get surgery in Jan for the hernia. I figure i will be out of the gym for about 2 months after that. I figure by taking this time off from lifting my forearm will heal back. any suggestions?

    just take whatever time off you have to to get healthy but try to keep your diet fairly decent while you are out of the gym so you dont lose too much muscle. also you can always train around your injuries whenever possible. what exactly is your question?
