I am thinking about doing 6 days a week of cardio. I am trying to cut all my body fat down. I am thinking about doing this for about 3 months. I have a bad left forearm and a Umbilical hernia . Which running will not hurt it at all. I need to get surgery in Jan for the hernia. I figure i will be out of the gym for about 2 months after that. I figure by taking this time off from lifting my forearm will heal back. any suggestions?
