    chest/tricep day help

    hi all my weakest points are my chest and triceps and i was wondering what is the best exercises for these 2 parts.
    chest:bench press, incline flys, incline press
    tricepulldowns, kickbacks
    that is what i do now each of 3 sets of 10
    i want mass so what are good exercises for this?

    chest=dips(weighted if possible),flat/incline bench,using dumbells or barbell.

    tri's=dips(lean more upright than chest)french press and close grip bench are my fav mass builders,forget kick backs they are shite imo.

    you want to use exercises that shift alot of weight.

    they're like skull crushers but you extend out passed the head(letting u use a lot more weight.you can do them with a zbar or dumbell,dumbells are my fav as they put less pressure on my wrists.i do them lying down.

    If you are trying to increase strength in those bodyparts, use at least 85% of your 1RM and/or a 6RM focusing on compound movements as listed above.
