Interesting - 7 day split......
I met a dude last night who competes and trains every single day. Totally against the grain and has made some decent progress. His theory is 30-45min, short and intense.....anyone ever tried? I think Id pass out + lose interest........

ive trained the same body part multiple times in a week with success,if sets, volume and number of exercises are adjusted its possible, but 7 days no way,you need time to recover and grow.
the idea of short and intense workouts is great but not to that extent.callorie intake would be higher than i could take.

I don't think it is ideal, however, if your "volume is low", I do believe your body can compensate for the damage in a 24 hour period, only if your volume is low low low.

depends on what his goals are.. if it is to build mass.. size..a 7 day is not the way to go.. but he will enjoy great stamina if he takes a 2-3 day break
