    chest twice a week?

Hey guys...I was thinking of trying something new by training chest one day heavy alone(monday) and again after shoulders, light(thursday). i was going to go light, and do all machines, different excersizes than I would do on monday. I wanted to try this for like a month to see what kind of results I would get....is this too much though on the chest? what about it being too much for the shoulders on shoulder day because there is alot of front delts being used. I need some quick responses because I have shoulders later on this afternoon...any help is appreciated!!

Thats what I do, Monday's I do heavy free weights, generally
    DB Press
    Incline DB or BB Press
    DB Flyes
Cable Crossovers or Incline flyes or machine bench press for reps

    Then Friday I do
    Decline Press
    Cable Cross overs
