    What you guy's think of this? I got half an hour before I got to go - haha. Thanks!

    Barbell row 4 x 10
    Lat pulldown 4 x 10
    Deadlifts 4 x 8
    Pull-up 4 x max (which won't be many each set 5-8)

    Incline biceps curl 3 x 10
    Hammer curl 3 x 10
    Preacher curl 3 x 8
    Barbell wrist curls / extensions 2 x 10 each

    Looks good to me, very similar to what I do.. You have two exercises for back thickness and two for width. However it's all about intensity in the end sooo.. Just make sure you don't half ass it And you should probably do pull-ups before you do pull downs since they are pretty much the same exercise cept pull-downs are easier. I also think that you should either do reverse grip pull-downs or chins to work the different areas of the lats (and grow big biceps)

    it looks to me you are suggesting 20 sets for deadlifts

    man i would be well p!ssed at you if you in my gym and i was waiting for the bar

    did i read this wrong or are you joking

    20 sets of ramping up the weight, decresing it then increasing it again
    is a WASTE OF TIME
