sure there is,just dont over do it,split the workout between each day that way you wont overtrain.
I do everything twice a week before a show naturally. It is one of the most effective workouts that I do. I Pull/Push/Lower rest and repeat the cycle. When I work each muscle twice a week, I have different splits.
I can do smaller muscle groups twice a week but my chest and back can be sore for 4 days sometimes so I never feel ready enough to go twice in a week for them.
