    Adding Mass To Chest

It's been months since I've seen any results with my chest. What can I do to really shock it?

Well for starters you're going to have to post some stats. What is your workout routine like? What are you stats, what are you aiming at accomplishing, what is your diet, etc., etc.

You could be over trained or you may need to add more to your routine, or it could be as simple as you needing to switch it up a little.

I'm 5'11 and I weigh 200lbs, I'm currently benchin' 205 for reps on the flat, 185 for reps in incline. I eat 6x a day. I usually do Incline Press, Flat, incline flyes, decline press.

A good start but we need more than that. Post your entire chest routine (sets and reps) and we can tell you more. Most people that have poor chest development have shi tty form so that could be some of it. Also, I can tell you right now that you are doing too much if you are doing all that for one workout.

for starters your prolly doing way too many sets. and my guess based on your stats im guessing here but i bet your tris are doing the major portion of the work. i had the same prob for awhile. i kept getting bigger and bigger arms(tris) and bench kept going up but no chest development. so i started doing flyes only. remember your chest pulls the upper arm toward the center of your body. no think about a bench press your forearm is moving through a large range of motion. that motion is not done with the chest muscle is it? nope tris. it really sounds like you need to isolate the chest. good luck

Take a wide grip on the bar and do heavy presses both flat and incline..The most you can do for 4-6 reps failing on or before number 6. That will add both strength and size

doesnt a wide grip limit the range of motion for the pec muscle? and remember you cannot get full constraction without full extension . so wouldnt you be limiting muscle fiber recruitment. myosin oarsmen people

Well, you need to be stronger to get more size, so I guess in the long run, you will put on size.
